The mission of Healing Well Yoga is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where healing can occur on all levels — mind, body, spirit — through gentle yoga with meditation practices.
Healing Well Yoga offers yoga therapy, private instruction, small group classes, and workshops. We will not be following the latest trends; we will be using reliable, trusted techniques, linking gentle movements and focused concentration with the breath to promote health and well-being in all areas of your life.

Mary White, APN, RYT-200, who founded Healing Well Yoga and teaches at the studio is a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2013, she shifted her focus to healing through the practice and teaching of yoga. Mary opened Healing Well Yoga in 2015 as a studio dedicated to teaching Viniyoga from the perspective of a health professional.
She also teaches yoga at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, and yoga interventions that are part of the mind-body research conducted by Gurjeet Birdee, MD, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
